Individual Therapy

I believe therapy is an opportunity to gain understanding and tools to better cope with whatever challenges you are facing. Therapy is more than a "venting session" or anecdotal advice, but a chance to safely reflect in a judgement free space, with someone you trust has your best interest at the heart of the conversation.

Group Therapy

While group sessions are often met with apprehension, "I do not want to cry in front of a bunch of strangers," the power of sharing a related experience- whether it is grief, anxiety, or adjustment- simply cannot be understated. We are strengthened in finding community and our voice in this space. Check out the groups page for information on current and future groups hosted by Dana online and in-person.

Couples and Family Therapy

Just as you go to your family doctor for prevention and treatment for your physical health, having a professional to energize the health of your relationships is the role of a therapist for a couple or family. Our life does not exist in a vacuum, and so having those most active in our lives be involved in our therapy sessions is a natural step.
