Grief Therapy

Grief is a natural response to loss, but that doesn’t mean it is easy to navigate. Whether you've lost a loved one, a relationship, a sense of identity, or a way of life, grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and disorienting. Grief therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore and express those feelings                        without judgment or pressure to "move on."

At Beneath the Mango Tree LLC in Hershey, PA, grief therapy honors the uniqueness of each person’s experience. There is no timeline for healing and no “right” way to grieve. Through compassionate presence, gentle inquiry, and meaningful connection, grief therapy can help you begin to make sense of your loss, find words for your pain, and begin to integrate it into your life in a way that honors both your sorrow and your resilience.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Grief therapy can support you in finding moments of peace, discovering new ways to stay connected to what you’ve lost, and slowly creating space for joy and meaning again—at your own pace.

Group Therapy

Privacy, respect, as well as sharing and support are necessary elements of every therapeutic and support group. Helping others who are facing similar experiences, while learning from those with unique insights fosters a community to reduce isolation.
